Firstly, let’s initiate off with the 5 stars that Beavis and Butt-Head deserves. Beavis and Butt-Head was large television that pushed the edge of the envelope. It was apt so we’ll open with a five star rating. Unfortunately some decisions on the section of the DVD producers detract from that…

Selling the DVDs in ‘best of’ format rather than all the episodes in a format that preserves the broadcast timeline is, in my conception, a mistake. As other reviewers have pointed out, Mike Judge’s ‘best episodes’ aren’t necessarily mine. Then there’s the fact that 68 episodes are completely missing - that amounts to objective over one third of Beavis and Butt-head that didn’t invent it into this position. Two stars removed for a flawed format that is very disappointing for those of us who want to peruse every Beavis & Butt-Head episode in its favorable context.
Also, the deletion of sure lines of dialogue from obvious episodes is absolutely tainted. Those of us who appreciated ALL the writing have been swindled. One star removed for this abominable decision.

Finally, in my thought, separating the music videos out and adding them as extras is a astronomical solution to a difficult pickle. Some of us disliked the music videos while some liked them. Then there’s the quandary of obtaining copyright. This diagram satisfies everyone as worthy as possible. We regain to look the explain without the distraction of the videos while those who enjoyed the music videos pick up to peer them. One star added for this proper decision. I only wish every decision made by the producers of this DVD box station was as gleaming as this one.
So all-in-all 3 stars.
Here are all the episodes that The Mike Consider Collection doesn’t include in the order they aired:
Peace Like & Opinion, Blood Drive, Door-To-door, Imprint Here, Balloon, Customers Suck, Heroes, Stewart’s House, Yogurt’s Cold, Babes R Us, Friday Night, Scientific Stuff, At The Sideshow, Be All You Can Be, Burger World, Bedpans And Broomsticks, Capable Credit, Diagram Down Mexico Intention, For Better Or Verse, Beware Of The Butt, At The Movies, Sick, Baby Makes Uh - Three, The Butt-Head Experience, Comedians, Car Wash, Couch-Fishing, Kidnapped, Naked Colony, Tornado, Incognito, Cleaning House, Scratch ‘N’ Get, Terrified Straight, Sperm Bank, Citizen Butt-Head, Right Crime, The Trial, Ball Breakers, Buff ‘N’ Stuff, Canoe, Eating Contest, Foreign Exchange, Beavis And Butt-Head Meet God, Young Gifted & Coarse, Politically Right, Sporting Goods, Closing Time, Wall Of Youth, Cow Tipping, Difficulty Urinating, Jump!, Pumping Iron, Let’s Trim It Up, Water Safety, Beavis And Butt-Head’s Island, Crisis Line, Beard Boys, Hard Sell, Walking Erect, Career Day, Recall A Number, To The Rescue, I Dream Of Beavis, Screamers, Skin Trade, The Mystery Of Morning Wood.
Some of these are classic episodes. In my idea to omit any of them is a crime, especially considering that the correct fans of the indicate have waited years hoping for ALL of B&B to finally be published.
Unlike the first volume, where Mike Mediate edited dialogue bits out of more than half the episodes, the dreaded “director’s cuts” are nowhere to be found. Some reviewers here have suggested that this volume also contains altered versions of the cartoons, but all that is missing from them (as usual) are the music videos. The harsh fan reaction regarding the edited first volume apparently got succor to Mike Consider, because he made the fair decision to sustain this batch in their unusual develop.
Contrary to some reviewers’ claims, even after Volume 3 all the episodes will not have been released to DVD. Mike Believe has made it distinct that Volumes 1-3 will enjoy roughly two-thirds of the total episodes. He considers the rest to be too dreadful to be included.
I happen to agree with Mike Reflect that, generally speaking, the later episodes are actually better than the earlier ones. But I mild strongly disagree with his decision to leave approximately one third of the episodes unreleased.
I’m tickled the episodes smooth here are complete. As for the bonus features, they are okay - I’m not determined there’s really enough to explain the third disc. The main featurette (Taint of Greatness Pt 2) is only about 20 minutes long - several minutes shorter than portion one - and is very heavy on episode clips. The selection of music videos is probably the only feature that most people will return to.
For those who have the Time-Life DVDs, you will win many duplicate episodes (though not quite as many as with the first volume) .
